Lela Parrott
I have worked in the Accounting/Bookkeeping/Tax Preparation field for more than 20 years.
I was introduced to bookkeeping in the late 90's while working for my father's construction company. There is where I found I enjoyed taking all the daily jumble and turning it into useful information. I continued making magic there until I received my associate degree in accounting in 2012. After that, I began working at various CPA/Enrolled Agent firms.
In 2015 I started my Accounting/Bookkeeping business. In 2017, I studied for and met the requirements to become an **Enrolled Agent, and have been preparing tax returns, financial statements, sales tax returns, payroll preparation and reporting ever since.
**The IRS describes and Enrolled Agent as: Enrolled agents are granted unrestricted rights to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, demonstrate special competence in tax matters, adhere to ethical standards, and are required to stay current with tax law and regulations by completing a minimum amount of continuing education annually.
